What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical Assemblers: You’ll work with hand tools, power tools, and your own mechanical know-how to build structural frames, install compressors, piping, valves, and more.

• Electrical Assemblers: You’ll wire control panels, interpret electrical diagrams, route cables, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient electrical installation within each custom HVAC unit.

We’re interested in candidates who are:

• Comfortable reading mechanical or electrical schematics

• Detail-oriented and committed to quality

• Team players who take pride in their craftsmanship

• Experienced in manufacturing or trade work (or eager to learn)
