About ECU Corporation
Founded in May 2006 by Mike Fox, Bill Kubicki, and Hank Worsley, ECU Corporation emerged from a shared vision: to provide cutting-edge, custom-engineered HVAC solutions for demanding applications where off-the-shelf systems fall short. With decades of combined experience in design, manufacturing, field support, and environmental testing, the founders built ECU Corporation on the principles of technical excellence, integrity, and responsiveness.
From its headquarters in Ohio, ECU Corporation proudly serves defense contractors, government agencies, nuclear power facilities, and heavy industrial clients across the United States. Our engineered systems are designed to perform in some of the world’s most challenging environments—with operational reliability from –40°F to 140°F ambient temperatures—and are tailored to meet specific performance, footprint, and power constraints unique to each customer’s mission.
We specialize in delivering not only precision-built HVAC equipment, but also custom solutions for applications that require a more thoughtful, integrated approach. These projects often involve space limitations, acoustic constraints, high-efficiency requirements, or extreme environmental exposure—where traditional manufacturers simply can't provide a viable option. From compact 3,000 BTUH units to massive systems exceeding one million BTUH, every ECU product reflects an uncompromising commitment to quality and performance.
Beyond our technical capabilities, ECU Corporation maintains a culture rooted in collaboration, honesty, and accountability. We pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding customer expectations for design innovation, cost-effectiveness, on-time delivery, and post-delivery support. Each project is an opportunity to forge lasting partnerships with our clients—backed by the trust that comes from transparency, reliability, and proven results.
At ECU Corporation, we don’t just build HVAC systems—we engineer confidence in every unit we deliver.
