- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment to build with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform quality inspections and testing on completed assemblies to meet strict military and industrial standards
- Document assembly processes, materials, and any issues to maintain strong production records
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fellow assemblers to solve problems and deliver projects on time
- Champion safety by following all procedures and helping maintain a clean, secure work environment
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is a big plus)
- Previous mechanical assembly experience — HVAC, military products, or heavy industrial background is highly desired
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- A team-player attitude with good communication skills
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Comprehensive health and dental insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- A supportive, safety-first culture where your craftsmanship is valued
